Terms and Conditions

•   Cancellation Policy: Any appointment cancelled within the 24 hours prior will be charged 50% of the scheduled service; any appointment where the client does not call or show for the appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. This charge will have to be paid before the client can book another service with GLo.

•   Credit Cards and Cash are accepted. No personal checks.

•   We pride ourselves as a place of relaxation, therefore, please turn all cell phones and other electronic devices to silent while visiting GLo

•    Late appointments by 15 minutes or more may have to reschedule their appointment for another time

•    Students and teachers with a valid ID receive 10% off all services

•    There are no refunds on retail products or gift cards.
